The Conference in New Delhi

Still I Rise will attend the Annual International Career & College Counseling (IC3) Conference & Expo from August 26 to 30 in New Delhi, India. The conference is one of the most important in the world of Education, aiming to bring together high schools and higher education representatives for a collaborative dialogue on issues that prompt solutions in career and college counseling practices.

Our organization has been invited to showcase our revolutionary mission to democratize high-quality education for every child worldwide and the success of our International School of Nairobi, Kenya. Indeed, this is the first in the world to offer the International Baccalaureate to refugee and vulnerable children, totally free-of-charge, and has been officially recognized as an IB World School, joining the 0.1 percent of the best schools on the planet. In February 2025, Still I Rise International School of Nairobi will host the IC3 Regional Forum in Kenya.

“It is truly an honor for us to participate in the IC3 Conference & Expo, and we are delighted to bring our expertise”

Giovanni Volpe, General Counsel of Still I Rise

“As an organization, we disrupt the equation that free means low quality: we offer excellent education to the most vulnerable completely free of charge in order to prove that any child, if empowered, can achieve their full potential. We are excited to represent Still Rise at such a prestigious forum.”

The conference features breakout sessions and networking opportunities for over 1000 school leaders, counselors, teachers, university leaders, university admission representatives, and educational organizations to learn, connect, and build relationships. Each year, the conference highlights a new theme which focuses discussions and efforts for the future of career and college counseling, and the importance of IC3’s mission within the current landscape.
